Food baskets are a tasty way to celebrate – and we can certainly help. Based on your budget – and preferences – we can fill a decorative box or basket with items such as homemade chocolate chip cookies, Kahlua-candied nuts, cheeses, crackers, beverages, pumpkin bread, salad dressing, whatever – and even include a gift certificate if you like. John will help you customize your gift. Call for more details.

Next Cooking Class: Monday, June 18. Hors d’oeuvres and desserts.
What a great summer party! Have your guests mingle with a glass of white wine while sampling the selection of satisfying foods to nibble on. No one wants to sit down to a heavy meal when the temperature soars; however, “nibbles” will soon equal a meal. And if that’s followed with a selection of desserts and coffee, your summer gathering is sure to be a success. Class begins at 6 p.m. and is $40 plus tax, or $43.25 a person. And yes, you get to eat everything!!
Reservations are required and can be made by calling 343-6630.

If it's mid-May, then it's Soft-Shell Crab season – and ours will be available beginning Friday evening – against the backdrop of music performed by Fortune Esposito.
Limited, but back by popular demand, will be Prime Rib. If you're in the mood for something with more of a kick, how about Pork Au Poivre – with the
peppercorn crust and peppercorn sauce.
It's spring, so the special starters are green, too: Cream of Asparagus Soup and Edamame Spread (pureed soybeans with lemon and garlic – healthy
and tasty, too!)
Creme Caramel is the quintessential light dessert – similar to a creme brulee except the caramel is a sauce, not crunchy.
Hope to see you this weekend.
Why not beat the Mother's Day rush and celebrate Mom tonight or tomorrow evening? There will be Prime Rib available – although limited (reserve your piece when you make a reservation!) – as well as Stuffed Shrimp. John's been busy making pies – and Banana Cream is almost a health food when you take into account the protein, calcium, potassium … And if you start off with a Spinach Crepe or slice of Vegetable Strudel, no guilt at all!
Plus, this evening you'll be entertained by Fortune Esposito from 7-10 p.m.
And yes, dancing is allowed!
